  • 4222 N RAVENSWOOD (SECOND FLOOR) 19 FEET DEEP BY 31 FEET WIDE SPRUNG FLOOR STAGE WITH GREAT NATURAL LIGHT FROM A SIDE WALL OF WINDOWS AND SKYLIGHT.

    THIS SPACE IS PERFECT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY, REHEARSALS, AUDITIONS, WORKSHOPS, AND STAGED READINGS.

    HVAC System, Large Air Purifier in the space.  

    Fluorescent lighting in the space, in addition to great natural light.

    Two seating/lounge areas (one in the space and one outside in the common space)

    Microwave in the space; use of refrigerator in the common space

    Womens’ and Mens’ Restrooms for the second floor (not in the space, wheelchair accessible)

    Outdoor seating area (not attached to space, weather permitting, not wheelchair accessible)

    Loading dock behind the building; some parking

    Dimensions of space: 1,659 square feet total: there is SGT prop and costume storage in the space which is not available to any renters; stage floor is 19 feet deep by 31 feet wide
