Maggie Scrantom

Current Projects: SGT Protege

Bio:

Maggie is a new transplant to Chicago and absolutely loving it. She graduated with honors from the University of Iowa in 2010 with a degree in Literature and Theatre. Since moving here a year and a half ago, she has had the pleasure of working with over 5 theatre companies throughout the city. A few favorites include: Two Pence Shakespeare’s As You Like It and St. Sebastian’s Steel Magnolias. She is also a proud member of the documentary theater company Waltzing Mechanics, performing in their inaugural production of El Stories as well as El Stories: Holiday Train. Maggie is thrilled to be a part of the Shattered Globe Protégé program. It is an honor to work with such a wonderful, established company and talented group of theatre artists. She is beyond excited to see where the rest of the year takes her
